I was annoyed with the booking. At first I thought the price looked fine, but then I kept going and suddenly extra costs started popping up. Like, come on, just show me the real total upfront. I don’t want to click through a bunch of steps just to find out what I’m actually paying. It makes the whole thing feel a bit sketchy and hard to trust.

Check-in took longer than I expected and felt a little all over the place, like people weren’t totally sure what was happening, so that was kind of frustrating after getting there. But once that was done, everything else was fine, and checkout was super quick and easy. No major complaints overall, just wish the arrival part had been smoother.

We went here for dinner and left disappointed. The staff seemed like they didn’t really want to be there, and we waited a long time just to get our drinks. When the food finally came out, it was cold, and no one came by to check on us at any point. I don’t mind paying a bit more for a good meal, but for what we got, it really didn’t feel worth the money

My first impression of breakfast at malmaison was that it looked like it should be good, so I was expecting a bit more. The food was decent enough, but it wasn’t really hot, which took the edge off it. Coffee also took a long time to arrive. The staff were friendly and pleasant, so no complaints there, but overall it felt a bit underwhelming for the price. Not bad, just not as good as I’d hoped

the bed was sooo comfy, I slept way better than I thought I would. Pillows were nice too, which is always a plus. No real complaints from me tbh

Canceling was simple enough, but the refund took way longer than I expected. I don’t want to say they were sitting on my money, but it definitely felt like they were in no rush to send it back...

I stayed for one night and the room was fine overall, but... it definitely could’ve been cleaner. There was some dust on the bedside table and I noticed a few hairs in the bathroom, which wasn’t great. The bed seemed clean though, and the staff were nice, so it wasn’t a terrible stay. I just expected the room to feel a bit fresher

We stayed at malmaison for a weekend the location made everything so simple. It was really easy to get around, with shops, bars, and plenty of places to eat all close by.

The whole process was nice and straightforward too, from checking in to getting settled, which made the trip feel really relaxed. We barely needed taxis, so that saved us a bit, and it was great being able to just walk back after dinner.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because it was a little noisy outside at night, but I suppose that’s expected when you’re staying somewhere so central. Overall, we had a good stay and I’d happily book again.

My stay at the hotel was okay overall, but the parking situation was really frustrating. When I arrived, the lot was full, and I felt like the staff didn’t really do much to help me figure out another option. It made the check-in experience more stressful than it needed to be

I was just trying to use the website, but it kept freezing over and over. it made me a little suspicious, like something wasn’t right behind the scenes. Annoying experience overall

I usually give a bar a quick pass/fail based on a few basics: how fast they acknowledge you, whether the drinks taste right, and the overall vibe from the staff. This place missed on all three. Service was really slow, the drinks tasted flat, and the staff seemed like they were irritated we were even there. Maybe it was an off night, but my gut says I’m not going back.

The staff were polite and definitely seemed professional, but the replies took longer than I expected. I kind of regret not giving myself more time, because the delay made things a bit frustrating even though the service itself was fine.

I can see how some people might like the moody style, but for me the decor just felt too dark and a little worn out. It wasn’t awful or anything, and there were a couple of nice touches, but overall the atmosphere felt flat rather than cosy or special. I wanted to like it, but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

I only stayed for one night, but the whole vibe from the staff just felt off. Reception barely looked up when I arrived, and when we asked for help, it kind of felt like we were bothering them. I don’t want to assume too much from one short stay, but when the same unfriendly attitude keeps showing up in different little moments, you start noticing a pattern. It just felt awkward and not very welcoming. I wouldn’t stay here again...

All the nice wording about a comfortable stay didn’t match my experience. The walls felt really thin, and I could hear doors slamming and people moving around most of the night. I barely slept properly.
